Great video, ...
although I personally don't much care for quadcopters... I don't mind them in public spaces, but there's someone flying them over our residential gardens with a camera...
and all the dubstep played over the top of me scratching my nuts in my own back yard isn't going to change my mind!
Saw that the other day, very cool.
I have to admit to being a copter nerd. But for the very large part a great community keen to do the right thing. As with all endeavors there is always the odd tool that does the wrong thing and does their best to ruin for the majority.... Flying over people / crowds is very uncool

Good on you cinijar... and yeah, they give you great and otherwise unobtainable views without disturbing the subjects with noise and/or down draft... Some of the best sports/action videos these days are filmed with 'copters ...
It's just they're anonymous and you never know who is at the other end and what they're doing with the images. At least when you see a tourist at a beach filming images of people sunbathing, you can call them on it...
it was the Dominos quadcopter. it was looking for the online purchaser to deliver their Hawaiian with BBQ sauce.
but no, seriously... has anyone thought about the first incident of one of these things going BANG rather loudly in order to exterminate the infidels??
I'm not sure I follow you,... but I would like a pizza.
How long until one of these things crashes into a kid and blinds them or a kite and rips them (I've seen them used in 20knot winds!).

look ahead 3 years. these things will be loaded with explosive and dive bombing into the american way of life in order to maim and destruct. conversely, americans will feel vindicated on their right to bear arms, and be whipping out their ridiculous large guns to blow the attackers out of the sky at random. its a micro arms race about to unfold. it would make hilarious rivetting tv, but will be a bit disturbing in reality...
dominos and amazon (leading the copter retail movement) have failed to account for how many of their drones will go MIA due to the trigger happy yanks freaking out over copter attacks and secretly delighted to suddenly have a moving aerial target to blatt away at. what a script!

Oldfield in Colorado have scheduled a vote for April 1 (no joking matter) to issue hunting permits for drones...
If successful it could lead to a showdown between the FAA and gun nuts.
