I find surf kiting to be a bit of a bore to watch.
This is coming from a bloke who does nothing but... I love doing it, it feels great but its repetitious and the natural positioning of the body is ruined by the kite, squaring up the shoulders and ruining the aesthetic of riding in flow with the wave..
What i just watched is basically the pinnacle of the sport yet i turned it off about half way but i could watch Kelly or even better Rob for hours on end....
I remember when coming together came out and i remember thinking that they should have named it 1000 frontside hacks...
Not much seems to have changed between then and now....
Yeah that was sweet, those guys make those conditions look so easy to kite, us average punters probably couldn't even get out the back lol
