Well done to Ozone and Kitepower Sydney for fixing a warranty issue on a 2011 Ozone kite three years after sale!
I had a problem with my Catalyst 2011 - inflation valve separating from the bladder. I had purchased this on seabreeze at the start of the season.
Found out up on the web that a recall on the bladder had been issued back in 2011. Sent Ozone in OZ an email. Despite the age of the kite, without hesitation, they said they would replace the bladder, and pointed me to Kitepower @ Dolls Point who had one in stock. Replaced next day.
