Can anyone tell me if the lines on a Griffin bar are ment to be all the same length. I let the depower out to full power and ran out the lines and the bridal lines were longer is this normal? As i have been told they all should be the same length.I seem to be flying with the bar fully powered up and if i pull on depower the kite almost falls from the sky?

Hi widawake, thanks for your post re with a 2nd hand bar.

Back on the 14/3/12 you posted exactly the same forum post. It does sound a bit sus that your re-posting the same post from 4 months ago which you got excellent replies to. Please let me know the serial number of the kite so I know this is a genuine request. Please contact me and I will sort out any issues.

Your same post from 4 months ago, all the answers are still there...

Below is a review of the 2012 11.5 Argo from sbckiteboard.com Just so you know how the kite flys from unbiased reviews.

WHAT THE SBC TEST TEAM RIDERS ARE SAYING:
"Great cruiser and jumper; value-minded freeriders can't go wrong."
"The beefy and flat central canopy is stable through gusts, while giving a softer and smooth power delivery. Easy to jump, and even one of my quick picks for progressive boosting."

"The Argonaut is Griffin's answer to easy handling, massive de-power, superb stability and auto-relaunch. "

If your bar and lines are lying in the sand when your setting up and the bar is in the full depower position the outside lines will be longer that's how the kite depowers if you move the bar as close to the chicken loop as you can the lines will become even again . I sounds normal to me , Don't pay attention to the line lengths when setting up the kite the lines have to be under tension for the lengths to come into it .
