Reli, I am doing science! Can we figure out from the photos where the stuff is coming from?.....I did group in to some categories such as Fisho, Dog Walkers, Kiters, Campers, and mothers with little kids (nappies). To which of the above groups are the bottles, cans, food and drink stuff related to?
The people on this forum should be able to help out with this one as it is a judgment call which I am not qualified to make.

Nice work Gruezi, i am like you and can't walk past rubbish on the beach without picking it up.
It makes me mad to think that people come to the beach for the beauty of the place but leave their crap behind.(Especially when there are bins everywhere)
If we can get the psych happening within the local kiting community that every time they go to their spot to bring a plastic bag and just pick up things they see, take it home and dispose of it, then we as kiters will certainly be noticed by the public as good caring people.............and that is where we need to go.
I've been to some of the most remote beaches on the planet. One thing is universal, plastic garbage.
Good on you for doing your part. Hopefully it inspires a bit more of this sort of thing. I can't walk past rubbish and just leave it but I draw the line at nappies. Maybe we should ban children at Perth beaches.
The one thing i've noticed. It's always the actual water users (kiteboarders, surfers) that will take the time to pick it up. I can't say I've ever seen a fisherman on the beach doing their part. I'm sure there is a few out there but for the most part I see them depositing it.
