Some things in life are still free, for some lucky people anyway.

Do you know a young, smaller (say under 60-65kg), kiteboarder that is in need of their own board? Are you the parent/brother/sister/mate/relo (not you Poor Relative) of a littler kiteboarder that keeps borrowing your board because there is not enough do$h to buy their own yet?

Well, here's the offer...

Post your nomination here (we don't need names) by stating your relationship and perhaps why this person needs a board. Forum culture will lead us to the deserving winner.

There is no enforceable means test, but giving a board away to someone in a household with an above average income wouldn't be in the spirit of things.

Sorry to the rest of the World but this offer is only available without shipping, so only those local to the Perth WA region should apply. (Because I am a cheap bastard and don't want to incure any cost, I'm already giving it away... what more do you want?!)

Board is custom epoxy with graphite finnish, 100cm x 34cm, flat bottomed with gentle rocker, and has generous kickers at both ends. (No, it is not new... just free.)

(No, it's not a Naish or Ripcurl, they're just groovy stickers.)

Egads! That's short. Sorry I don't know any midgets. Will be interesting to see who gets it though.

I was hoping to Pat, but it looks like I'll be helping move the oil rig we were supposed to be moving this weekend (the job slipped a week). It costs about 1 million $AU a day to run these things, and they shift their schedules like gypsies... go figure.

I've got a 12 year old thats just getting into the sport. He's got a 7 meter Vagas and is body dragging at the moment but come December I should have him ready for a board. I'd be happy to fork out for the postage to Vic if his cause is deemed good enough to warrant a free board

Relo, your avatar is also very masculine... much too.

Kitemad, in consideration. We'll leave it up to the masses.

Well, im a grom, and although i have a board, i quite often nearly lose it, it really is a matter of time. And i live in WA.
hehe, only kidding. I recon kitemad, people have had plenty of time to suggest someone. Sounds like the perfect person.
