I just picked up an underground srf 140 and am keen to play around on small choppy waves. I am beginner to intermediate and have only owned a swank board before which doesn't carve well at all but of course holds speed well and trucks upwind well.

Question is I want to try the 3 fin set up and wondering if anyone has tried running a wave style TT with 3 fins at each end? The underground website says you can put 3 find set ups at both ends at once but I'm not sure if the front fins will catch while riding and turning?

If I sound like a doofus for asking just disregard my doofus ness and answer anyway to give me an idea of what I'm in for!

One the locals here runs an srf with 3 fins both ends. Itl work. Try out different fin configurations before settling on what you like best.
