I ripped on of the future boxes out of my surfboard last session hitting the ground. I was just going to replace it as it was, but got thinking maybe I could have a play with the amount of toe in for the fins.. I was thinking less toe in would probably be faster and maybe a little looser than where it was and more toe in would be slower but more snappy etc..
Thoughts??

I have been playing around with this lately. First I just removed the 2 outer thruster fins and ran the single small rear fin. Much quicker but not much grip.Then I tried replacing the rear fin with an old SUP rear fin. Had to do a bit of mods to accomodate the futures fin box. Once fitted, heaps of grip and speed if you just want to go fast and straight. My worry is that there isn't much holding on to a much bigger fin than it's designed for. So not sure how long she'll last.
less toe in will make it faster and less likley to cavitate when youur driving hard upwind on your edge.
more toe in makes the board looser and easier to initiate turns.
