Well its coming towards the end of the summer season and WAChickKiters have decided to have another kiting, as well as a social event, as per usual on the second Sunday of the month, which is the 8th of March.
All kiting (or thinking about kiting!) chicks are invited to join in with the WACK! girls; we will meet for a social kite from 2 till 5pm at Swanbourne Beach, just south of the surf club (we may move north of the club if it looks like the clubbies are out on the water). Whether the wind gods play ball or not, we will be then be off for a bit of a social get together at Joy's home in Mosman Park from 6pm for a BBQ- BYO food and drinks and join in the fun.
We are privileged to have a very special guest join us this month- international pro-kiter Kristin Boese will be joining us on and off the water. Kristin has offered us the benefit of her skills and knowledge for an informal mini-clinic on the water; if you have something you are struggling with, Kristin will be happy to give you riding tips.
To read more about Kristin, see www.kristinboese.com/ .
Paul from Paul Burton Photography will be on hand with his camera, so be ready with your best tricks and kit for that perfect kiting pic!
We still have a selection of WACK! rashies for sale at a tiny $35 each, which would look awesome in Paul's photos!
Also, as usual, the significant others are welcome to come along and support their chicks (kite lackey's and nominated drivers will be in particularly strong demand ;->).
We are looking at having social events in the off season, so get your thinking caps on as we would love to get your ideas and plans for a girls get-together each month.
If you would like to contact WACK!, email us on wack@waksa.org.au or phone Joy on 0419 380 400.

O.k just kiding
Wack girls, maybe organise a huge fancy dress ball at one of the surf clubs or just a Pub Party, where girls go - guys follow... & start telling tall stories after chemical impairment
anyhow has potential to make a great event !
Cheers Chickies
