"The Australian Federal Police (AFP) has charged a 38-year-old Bradbury man for attempting to import a total of 98.8 kilograms of cocaine into Australia.Investigations began when Australian Customs and Border Protection Service (ACBPS) Officers intercepted two kite board bags, containing a total of 74.8 kilograms of cocaine on Sunday 13 April. The bags were intercepted by ACBPS officers before they entered the designated baggage carousel within the Sydney International Airport terminal. A Sydney Airport maintenance worker was observed in the designated baggage terminal, waiting for the arrival of the two board bags.Further investigation by AFP members identified the same man allegedly removing a similar package, believed to contain 24 kilograms of cocaine, from a golf bag on Saturday 25 February. The estimated total street value of the drugs is $18.96 million."

No half measures with this guy, WOW 75kgs. I suppose if you are going to get done for sheep it may as well be a lamb.

Imagine picking the wrong bag by accident

98 kg worth of 'kite gear'. That wouldn't have fooled Customs, 98kg of windsurfing gear seems more believable.

Remember once I was flying to work and the guys I work with were on the fittness craze and asked me to bring some protien power for them; 3x3kg tubs. So obvious the tubs dont fit in my bag so I put it in plastic bags wrapped in tape to stop splitting ,.. anyhow arrive at Singapore airport and the customs guy pulls me to one side to put my bag throught the scanner and Im thinking this is going to take ages to exsplain and them nothing,.. waves me straight through without even opening the bag, nine kgs of wrapped powder didnt raise an eyebrow,. crazy hey!
