I'm a beginner and I was wondering what is the difference between the 4 different types of kites? ie C-Kite, Bow Kites, Hybrid Kites and the new C-Delta Kites.
thanks Berndty

C-kites are the traditional kites and are more performance orientated, have a more direct feel, they are usually pretty fast, have less depower, smaller wind-range and are sometimes harder to relaunch. Bow kites are less performance orientated, have a bigger wind-range, easy to relaunch, 100% depower. Hybrid are a bit of both, C-kite feel, bow kite relaunch, wind-range close to that of a bow. delta C is just what F1 call the shape of their kite, its basically a hybrid.

When starting off go for a bow or hybrid...
