I have an Italian girl renting a room here at the moment and she was worried about magpies, snakes and spiders etc.
Then I told her about drop bears and she got really worried.

So I sent her to this site to find out all about them:

australianmuseum.net.au/learn/animals/mammals/drop-bear/

Looking at the distribution, I thought that those in Western Australia may very well have never have come across these before so thought I better warn you should you venture this side of our big island.....

Yep. In Aus all the animals try to kill you.

In Nz no animals try to kill you. But the environment does..... tornado's, earthquakes, floods, volcanoes....
