Contents insurance?

So who are u guys insurancing your gear through? I'm with NRMA right now and they will not cover kites (boards yes) and with over 10k hang on the wall its time to get covered.

AAMI insured my gear for 7k for next to nothing as an add on to my home and contents

I would give NRMA a wide berth if they don't cover kites which not surprising - they are a dinosaur. Most insurers will cover sporting equipment as unspecified valuables under contents policy as long as they are not being used. Also you would be covered for liability from their use providing its not used in an organised event. Kite in powerlines anyone? ($40k I've heard)
