Hi all,
Im looking at some advice as I am progressing from 6 year old C kites and would like to get a kite to advance my riding.Problem is everyone has there own opinion including the shops.
So i thought this may help
Im 78kg, starting to do backrolls etc, want a kite that is easy to relaunch from water as trying new tricks it will prob live in the water a fair bit, decent depower so i dont have to change kite sizes during the session, bar setups that wont be a nightmare for a novice.
A friend has the naish boxer sle 07 and the depower on that is amazing, something that reflects this would help.
Also the size of kite, have been told for my weight a 10m is fine while if i chose a boxer for instance i would need a 12m.
Help!!
If anyone knows of anyone that may have a kite that would suit me please call as i need to buy asap.
Any other advice what to look for greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

If you like the Naish Boxer, then maybe try a Cult? Very nice kites, excellent relaunch and depower, and the bar is one of the cleanest on the market. Not sure about what size as I'm not familiar with your winds in WA
Demo a few, shops are full of demo kites at the moment - see if you can take a couple! - definatley try before you buy![]()
The Flysurfer Pulse2 sounds like it would suit your needs
You're welcome to demo one and see for yourself - call 0414 716 812 tomake a time & place
Go for a Flexifoil Atom 08, a Flexi ION2 or a Slignshot REV somewhere around 10-12m.
The Atom 07s are also on the money.
Hi Lane,
Absolutely, You need to test drive a few different kites before you buy. We have a trailer full of kites you can demo which would suit you.
If you come up to Pinnaroo Point any windy day, you can demo kites and boards and know what works for you.
Either drop in or call me, I think you have my number.
