hey guys
im going to coffs late november and staying at nautilus resort which i think is on saphire beach and wanted to know if its kiteable ?
i have never kited in surf and am at a novice level, staying upwind, basic jumps ect.
i wont have a car at there so therefore this beach and any other beaches within walking distance are my only options so just wanted advice/opinions on the beach and the area

Nautilus is a little south from Saphire. I've never kited there, but I'd say you would be able to kite out front of the resort. But just be aware in large swells you get a hell shore dump there...Drops off pretty fast into deep water from the beach. NE'ers that time of year so should be ok.
Been years since I lived in Coffs (before kiting was around), so I'm sure some of the locals will be able to give you a better idea.
