I have sent my bladders to Moti Levy kite repair on a few occasions. They have a fast turn around and the repairs have been fine and reasonably priced. Keeps you kiting. 
I got my 2012 switchblade bladder from KiteAction in Caloundra, they were super helpful as they sourced it from another shop for me posted to me in a matter of days. Whereas my local shop SHQ had to order one from China which literally took months, not sure why they couldn't just call other shops.
I also spoke to Moti Levy but he told me that they manufacture bladders themselves, not sure that is a good solution.
They only cost around $100 so ring a round a few shops (try Kite Action or KPSS).
