Coming to Tugan on the 11th for 8 days. What live wind stations and cameras do the local wave kiters use please?
If they are anything like my local wind stations for Yallingup to predict I would appreciate some tips?
I am happy to pay back anyone headed my way similarly or film your sessions!

Hey mate, both spots work good in favourable ne and se winds....

use the coolangatta wind graph here on sb, it is situated at the airport which u can generally add a couple of knts to for a truer indication....

as for waves, check the coastal watch link below

www.coastalwatch.com/surf-cams-surf-reports/qld

just watch out for the flagged areas as usual but especially at Lacey's....Currumbin is a sensitive area for kitesurfing, people everywhere even on windy days....

enjoy

Thanks for simplifying the area. Will be ultra respectful amongst other users.
kiting is just a great way to veiw and cover a new area.
