CAR BOOT SALE !!
howdy all.
I have been thinking of trying to organise a car boot sale / flea market sort of thing.Kiteboarding, surfing, windsurfing, etc.find a good spot, with park beach etc.
Would be good for demo's, clinics, shops, bbq, family day .... you guys get the drift.hopefully turn it into an annual or bi-annual event (start / end of season or both )
I have been told that SHQ Sandringham does something like this, but I'm thinking on a larger scale.
If I / we can get enough people behind it, perhaps it could be more like a wind exhibition / sale .
There are CAR shows, BIKE shows, CARAVAN shows..... sh**...even SEWING shows ......
......... but what is around for the WIND+BOARD community ??
just throwing it out there.
Think it would be good promotion for the sport/s.
It's not just an idea to sell all the crap at the back of my shed (it's a chance for you to sell all your old crap too
)
Are there any INDUSTRY SHOWS / EXHIBITIONS, open for only people who work in the kite + board industry? WHATS EVERYBODY THINK ??
