Going for a song on Ebay - the bravo style and new. I just bought two at a reduced offer. Great for lazy old buggers like me 
yep had mine for 3 years now and worth every cent to my back. blows my 12m rpm up in 2 mins. i run my lines out while its pumping saves time when your in a hurry.
i don`t think lazy i think smart. most people that say your lazy would have one in a heart beat.

is $299 cheap ? Bravo has 3 new pumps out, totally diff to the old ones,they sit horizontally, 1 has digi readout,there is a kite specific 1 and an inflatable specific 1

the ones for air mattress' don't push out enough pressure????
Says on the website that the pumps can do a queen sized air mattress in less than 3 mins and also pump up a car tyre, sounds to me like high pressure and high volume - could be the ducks nuts.... Has anybody used one of these on a kite?
thanks galah - yes its the last one on the website the high volume one. havent had the chance to use it yet, but will keep you informed. Im hoping i got the bargain purchase over the expensive chuck norris one that creams everything.
On a side note i found heaven on earth - Anaconda supe store!! hells yeah i spent all my spending money in there in 20mins and generated alist of more things i "need" he he 
Kitepower will be stocking these new pumps, they are not Bravo brand, they are a new improved pump based on a bravo but with all the internal problematic bits that were moulded plastic, like the conrods, pistons, cylinders and housings, now made of alloy and instead of bronze bushes on the conrods, now they have sealed ball race bearings.
The other bit that caused most failures on the the Bravo, the switch, which was mechanical electrical, is now replaced by an electronic one with as digital LCD readout.
Comes with a 6 month manufacturer warranty with local backup and service for 12 months, from purchase date.

They have internal battery, internal 240V charger, external terminals and jumper leads to run it from a car battery if it goes flat, runs much quieter and with a lot less vibration. Its got an aussie company backing it and we were super impressed with the demo.

The high volume coleman needs to be finished off with a hand pump. (you need a 2 stage pump high/low if you want to use electric only.) Good for kites 10m+ to dump the majority of air in super quick, but for 9m and below it's just as quick/easy to hand pump.
As steve said the OLD bravos were notoriously unreliable. They worked better with a 240v charger, car charger was useless. If you can prevent them from falling on their side while pumping it helps the internal plastic 'bits' last much longer. The 2 stage is usually the first to pack it in, so it pumps very slowly at high pressure. This can be bypassed, by fitting your own manual 2 way switch. I still have my original, but around here the greater majority are no longer working. Bravo were offering free parts, but you had to pay shipping from Italy; and they're just more plasticy bits.
New ones 'sound' much better.
