I have 5 spare seats to the Aussie open tonight and 2 tomorrow worth $150 a pop. If someone from Melbourne will take me kiting tomorrow and lend me their gear for a quick burl, I'll give you free tickets. I am a decent rider, can do all the fun stuff except unhooked and twirlybirds. Very rarely crash my kite.

i would do that for sure.... but im not going to be in melbourne tomorrow... and the kites are coming with me down to inverloch. so unless your up for a dirve to inverloch (a bit under 2 hours eachway) i wont be able to help out.. good luck...
Or another idea, go and demo some gear, demo a board and a kite, all you need then is a harness, i dont think you can demo those, but a kite school at StK might be nice enough to lend you one
i have a spare kite and board you could use but im all the way down near franga in bonbeach and its not the best gear
