You just described the REV.
I used to worry about whether or not I had the best/most suitable kite. Now I dont care. If there are better kites out there then thats great for their owners. Im sorted, no problem.

Fullfills all your requirements but excells in Bulletproofness, it's got no pulleys. No pulleys no moving parts = bulletproof.
I wonder what kites the 3people that responded fly? Any guesses?
Most modern bow/hybrid does most of what you list contains.
