Whats the go with these boardies with built in harness bits? Are they just a wank or is there some merit? Saw them in a kite shop about a year ago and just thought I'd ask.
I had the Dakine Nitrous shorts for my first season before moving on to a waist harness. Personally I prefer a waist harness but as a seat harness they were excellent. Much more compact than the nappy style and really comfortable. I had no problems with durability.
first 2 seasons with a waste harness... onto my 5th season now - 3 with nitrous shorts - love em but they suck over a wet suit - the best option for hot weather - so much less pressure on back!!!
I've been realy interested in these shorts aswell. I'm only a thin build and my waist harness always rides up no matter what i do. I'm just wondering about the atomic wedgie factor?
