Hey lads, my birthday is coming up and i am thinking of adding a big wind winter kite to the quiver, whats the go with kites in the 7m 9m range? I have got away with my 12m Cab Convert al season, but had to sit on the sidelines when its picked up past 20kts
Should i stick with Cab's? Bandit Dos!? LF Hi Fi?
I should mention, that i enjoy riding all conditions, live in Mandurah/Perth!

if your happy with your cab, get a 9m covert or an 8m switchy. The 8m should cover you from about 18-33knts, assuming your average weight. LF HI FI is a 5 line kite. Bandit dos is again different, being a delta shape, try before u buy.
I have to be honest, i dig all the hype about the Dos, ide love to take one for a rip before i buy! Yeah im 75kg'ish, ride a 138 Cardboard Tempo.

Lol 18-33knots on a 8m switchblade. That depends on what he weighs. If he is like me (about 60kg), its only good to about 23. Then i get to bring out the 6[}:)]
