Thanks for all the information! I think I will be staying in Sydney. Which are the best places to kitesurf around Sydney or in the East Coast? :)

Ok thanks, Caloundra it is. Do I need a wet suit? I am coming from Miami where the water is warm. How strong is the wind in Caloundra?

dont listen to their sh i t.

you'll need a wetty in coloundra, should be able to find a 4.3 steamer cheap on ebay for your holiday. wind is constant. blows early in the morning, dies off after lunch.
you can camp on the beach there. the locals are friendly.
