I will be in Jervis Bay Friday afternoon and the forecast is strong southerly's. I'm intermediate level, and would especially like flatish water to practice jumping and other little moves. I see Callala bay is a good spot. Any other suggestions, and where might I find some other kiters? I'm also ok to go north or south of Jervis Bay as well.
Callalla Beach is a safe option, and at high tide there is a little flat lagoon to play around in. Have fun!
