He didn't mention what season, If you are assuming Winter then fair enough, but Summer is very consistent and strong. They don't call it the 100 days of wind in Exmouth for no reason...

if your after flat water with no crowds, I think I have one of the best places to kite!

No its horrible here. Waves are too big, wind is too strong, Water is too cold. Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tornado's, floods, snow storms, drought...... and that's just this morning.

Its a nasty horrible place to visit.
