Brought a new best kite a little while ago, to make a long story short I could not get the thing to sit. Tried all the usual tricks (stretching lines etc) and couldn't get it sorted. Sent it away to someone (who knows more than me) who has replaced the lines and sorted it. He has reported that the lines continually stretched, and were unusable (brand new less than 10 hours use). Has anyone else had this problem?

Hey paul thanks for your helpful response, I'm guessing you don't like best's stuff.
Any chance I could get the number of your dog treat supplier- I'm assuming you buy in bulk for your best(only/girl) friend? woof.

I actually though my response to you illuminating post was quite funny- I guess humour, like people preference's for kiting equipment is a matter of personal taste.

You really are insane. I made a dog joke purely because you state you can't get your kite to SIT, you know SIT like you teach a dog to. This has nothing to do with what brand it is mate, I honesty couldn't give a fart...Oh, and if you think calling my mrs a dog is humour then maybe you should come up to QLD and say it to her face, you may wanna wear a box...

Inviting a tasmanian to visit with a box- I'm guessing you don't like your tv?

The lines shouldn't stretch in such short time, or stretch at all in most cases, so most probably you received a batch of lines that were not correctly pre-stretched in the factory. Like most brands, Best warrants such things as this, so PM me if you would like me to submit a warranty claim for you.

If for some reason something goes wrong with your new kite (any brand), just take it back to the shop you purchased and get them to follow it up. There are very simple solutions to simple problems if you follow this advise and it will mean that you wont miss out on ride time. Take the problem into your own hands and in most cases the warranty will be void and there is little we can do to help further.
