How about contact adhesive ?
Kwik grip always has worked for me sticking grip and arch bars to my skim boards if they come unstuck!
can get spray on contact adhesive (aka gorilla snot) from supercheap.
heaps easy to apply cos you just spray on each side, as opposed to spread the horrible stuff with a stick and get it everywhere method.
