Just saw through the BWS facebook page that Ben was rescued and will be out for a few months. Anyone know what happened?? Obviously if someone like Ben can come unstuck it can happen to all of us. But I'd like to know what went wrong to prevent it happening to me?? Hope he has a speedy recovery.

No matter how in tune you think you are, the elements always have the last say. Knowing BWS, it will have been captured on video 
He posted a before and after photo on instagram showing him punting off a wave then sitting on the rocks with what looks like a knee issue.
But there's enough people there who can report actual happenings :)
There was about 30 kiter???s trying to kite this one right hand bank hard up against the rocks and someone turned last minute and started a bit of a chain reaction and I was at the bottom of it and a kite wrapped around mine and it started kite looping and picked me up and smashed me into the rocks. No ones fault just one of those things.
