... there is a bunch but I can't say how good or bad they are as I've always stayed in the same one last 3 times I've gone. Abian Kokoro which is decent enough and fairly close and besides, so long as its got a bed, aircon wifi and a shower,,, that'll do, spend all day at the beach anyway and your too nacked to care too much anyway.

If you search agoda.com etc you can find heaps and most are pretty close, just a walk away so no biggy. There are quite a few big hotels too, again, dunno how good or bad they are but you can always move.

Good luck, sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

you can always pop 25 bucks a night for LYLT hotel Abian Kokoro...

Or do your holiday in style and head to the Regent Bali (Sanur on the beach) where you can chill and get great service.

Anyways, do some Trip Advisor research for best results.

Hey mate

Sanur Beach Hotel would be ok for your girl. The breakfast is a smorgasbord, heaps of everything, clean and quiet, pool, fitness etc etc all of this you don't get in a budget places. From the higher floors you can see kites on a beach. I would go again there any time if not on a budget.

If you're talking about what Jankie calls Kite beach then you want to be at the southern end of Sanur. More international 5 star places at that end are Puri santrian, Sanur beach hotel and the Mecure, with the Mecure being the closest to the "Kite Beach".

There are lots of places peppered around them that are less specky but I'm sure if you are sensible when booking (the very cheapest will probably not impress) you should be pretty happy. If you check out trip advisor and go to map view at the southern end you will an idea.

I'm there 20-28 June... 8 more sleeps...

Hi all, FYI the Sanur Beach Hotel is been renamed Prana Sanur Beach Hotel. So yes is the same as before.
KK is absolutely right and on the Beach I would also include the Regent that is a 5 star + very very nice...
Villa Puri Ayu is just behind the Sanur Beach Hotel "Prana" and is a long time favorite of kitesurfer and SUPer..
Price is just under 50 US$ for low season and 59 US$ in hihg season (July-August).
Ciao for now.
Jankie

PS. Today great wind! 17-18 knots...
