PM me with details of when (date and time) and where you would have left it and I'll return it to its rightful owner. I know who it must have been as he was coming in as I was going out. Sorry if you went back later to get it. I deliberated whether to leave it there but you had clearly gone and I figured I may as we'll take with me to return it rather than leave it there for someone who may not return it.
Its so upsetting when people dont put rubbish in the bin where it belongs and just leave it laying on the beach...
