Thumbs Up

Would you like to host a Argentinian kitesurfer for a year?

Juan Ferrandez is 17 and is coming to Australia as an AFS exchange student for 11 months (but you can host him for just a month). AFS is a large intercultural exchange organisation that supports student exchange programs. They provide a good support network for students and host families.

You would need to provide a bed and food for him, but he pays for all his other costs. Doesn't matter what type of family you have, you just need a spare room and a spare chair at your dinner table. In return you would develop kitesurfing and cultural links with Argentina.

I'm trying to upload his profile (www.seabreeze.com.au/gallery/gallery.asp?imageid=3442) but in the mean time PM me if you want to see it, otherwise call (02) 9215 0045 or 0424 504 603 or email Caroline.Dale@afs.org

He arrives in 2 weeks, so somewhere near Brighton or Wello would be great so he can go kiting as much as he wants and give some of the other groms some competition...
