Hey ppl can anyone recommend me to an instructor in the melbourne area or any veterans out there want to make a bit of cash on the side.
I'm also in the market for a tutor/ buddy. I've had a few lessons, and now have just got a kite and would like some support to get out on the water.
What about just why, and leave the who until everyone has had an objective consideration of your experiences?
I would recommend a friend of mine, IKO cert decent kiter and a nice guy, PM me and i'll give you his number...
I can also recommend an outfit not to go with, 'Gabor' is his name, his outfit (if it is still running) is called kitesurf direct, this guy is basically out to rip anyone he can off. The lessons provided by his instructor, were OK, but didn't really cover many of the important aspects. Like self launch and land, water re-launch, or activating the safety and the different spots to attach the leash. After two 2 hour sessions I would have thought that these things would have been covered. (Also it is not as if i didn't know how to fly a kite, had been on the trainer for weeks, and when he asked me to do something with the kite i did it no problems, smoothly, in control etc)
Anyway, little rant over, PM me and i'll hook you up with a good instructor.
Bahaha thats funny ****e man, But speaking of tax ya just reminded me I still haven done mine this year!!! Any you guys know a good acountant too???
