Another shark attack

A surfer has been bitten by a shark and his surfboard snapped in two at a beach south of Forster on Thursday morning.
Police and paramedics were called to Seven Mile Beach at Booti Point about 9.20am to reports that a man had been injured.Police said the 65-year-old man suffered bite wounds to his arm and foot, but was able to swim to shore to raise the alarm.A large chunk was bitten out of his surfboard, which was also snapped in half.

Just up the road from there (Bonny Hills) a surfer was struck in the face by a SUP and dragged from the water unconscious. He has facial injuries from his nose to his ear and is in Intensive Care at the local hospital.
Be careful out there. . . . .
