Hi guys,

Would like to introduce you to a friend of mine from Uni who left France 4 years ago for a unpowered world tour. He has done more than 40,000km on push bike and he is only half way around the globe.
We met him again in WA last month and we thought we could give him a extra toy to continue his journey !

What is french for "ROADTRAIN!!!" ?

hahaha, what ? Roadtrain ? No idea...

Olivier's technic for Roadtrain is to stop on the downwind side of the road. The wind effect from the road train is not too bad on the kite and its safe cause the kite is over the bush and not over the road.

Also that's why he doesnt have a leash so he can eject himself pretty quickly if something goes wrong.

... maybe warn him road trains are literaly trains on the road!! Oh and warn him about the open speed limits too ie you go as fast as you can, no whimpy 110 kms/hr!!!

I think he is already aware, he crossed the Nullarbor plain last month. He also showed me some pretty crazy picture of the Death Road in South America ...
Road Trains are pretty predictable compare to that :
