Been sitting at home recovering from surgery so decided to compile my summer footage leading up to a month ago. Check it out, thanks to everyone who made it a great time and kept me positive! Looking forwards to getting back out there, hope you enjoy the watch!

Is it me or is rail sliding the softest move ever ( I hesitate to use the word gay out of respect to those who are) but really? Vid got better at about 2.30 with some big boosts, nice.

Ever hit one, they're fun. Isn't that what kiting is about? I'd say SUPing is soft as, but as I don't do it I won't comment.

its far from it, boosting is possibly the softest move ever, I also hesitate to use the word gay for it sometimes ;) but its super fun, just not to be taken too seriously, glad u liked parts of the movie tho!

yea mate, did my shoulder in China in the comp there, physio said it wasnt that bad, but never healed, so had to get an MRI and realised i needed surgery, 10 weeks later! Healing up now, but still going to be a few months till its 100%. Anyone else had shoulder injuries, if so, what did you do to keep fit/not bored! Looking at courses online now, but need to get out the house

Thanks for all the great feedback!

Hope you have been getting plenty of rehab physio in Ewan. They seem to get you on it as soon as possible and take perverse pleasure in beating the crap out of you! I'd be getting on a bike hitting Beach Rd and swimming if possible, since you live in Bayside way. Dudes here on SB swear by Yoga as well. But being inactive and stuck in the house is the worst thing for your recovery!

Thats the problem at the moment, I have been told to not excersise for 6 weeks with it, im in a sling and have been told no running, cycling, swimming, all that! 3 more weeks and i start with physio/rehab stuff in the gym, riding my bike, but so far its been pretty bad.

Righto sounds like you need a challenge. How about you set up some quantified exercise bike interval training. Use it as an opportunity to completely overhaul and develop your cardio system. And keeping you back dead straight your torso and core. Get a heart rate monitor and keep your heart rate at a certain bpm for a certain amount of time ...etc. plenty of different type s of interval training schemes just look them up.

Surely you can still do some sort of core workout, get those sides stomach muscles real strong. Lying on your bAck legs on the couch...needn't move your arms or your torso a great deal if done right.

The main theme of what I'm saying is give setup some training schedule, get a baseline on it then beat it everyday. Hurt man hurt. Transfer that lost feeling into an achievable and quantifiable system that you can beat everyday.

Then transfer those mental victories into your rehab.

Just an idea, because it's a bloody shame your aren't on the water because it's mighty good what you are achieving there.

Or just have lots of sex with strangers, have to be a good workout ...lol

Sick vid and awesome riding mate. Wish I was a third as good as you. Also wish I had some sliders I could hit, nothing more fun in the snow, I can only imagine just as good on the water. Good luck with the recovery.

boosting is pretty gay dude. its alright when its too windy to do anything else but thats about it. unless your doing mega loops. ill get the guts up to try one of them one day. but not today. sweet edit man

Boosting is all I enjoy doing, I have 2 bankart lesions in my shoulder so will never be able to unhook, well not game enough and don't want it to pop out just for the sake of unhooking. Oneday I'll make some sliders on a trailer n wheel em down to Brighton for us all to use as long as no one try's to sue me from breaking their legs or what ever lol share the love guys

Good idea Eppo,

I tried hooking up my bike to make it one of those static bike to use indoors, but didnt really work. Getting in the Gym this week on the bike, hopefully I can start this up and keep it going. Thanks for the tips, hopefully this opportunity will help me train in the long run!
