I am upgrading my 2016 Airush Union to a 2023 Ozone Edge. I know there are alot of variables. If all other things are equal, what sort increase in jump height can I expect from this change? Currently averaging around 4m.
Personally the added "upwindability that the edge gave me ment that it forced me to carve so much harder upwind when launching off so i gained way more height when ever i was teaching on those kites. Tho thos was theyre older like 2015ish models but i asssume theyre roughly the same as todays. They performed in this way i believe due to them sitting so far forward in the wind window because they were still ment to be a semi race kite back then.
The c4 at the time sat super deep in the wind window makeing it slack load and pop really good but upwind/jump height was reduced.
So yeah if you remove the branding its pretty much window positioning and thats tuneable once you kinda realise why kites behave the ways theys be doing
Shes tough love getting a blocky kite to keep pushing that edge of the window but a knifey ****er runs straight there everytime knowwhaimsayincheese
So some kites wanna sit deep some want to sit on the edge it aint rocket science foo 
Edges are for girls or pregnant snow coners get a flexifoil sky tiger 12m an go do some sends ??????

While we got ya here dachopper your jump app did a little magic trick other day asking me to download moneys or whatever i tried to bluff my way around it saying i had already paid but alas it didnt work.
So sleep easy knowing its not easily avoidable to pay anymore.
Sadly for me this means i had to delete it because it never ?eally detected unhooked jumps properly anyways tho it worked on hooked in ones

If you want to make a little extra coin bit more of a challenge make one for paragliding now 
wouldnt req?ire too much more work
Also i have a sneaking suspision the new instinct 3 is same as the new cheap garmin dive watchif you can figure out a way to hack the instinct3 to allow for dive recording that would be sick i dont see any hardware differences between the 2 nodels so im sure its just software that diferentiates the 2 models despite a fair few hundred $ difference in price
