The Abrohlos is an amazing place, probably one of my favourites in WA but I couldn't think of nothing worse than pulling up at a break and minimum of 24 kits all hitting the water!
Without even knowing the cost but why not double the cost and half the numbers? I know I would pay crazy money to remove 12 kites from a line up!
Same as last year, $650 Leave Friday nite, come back Monday nite.. Flexible which islands we go to but mean goal is to score good quality waves and wind...
Been to Halve moon and Ward robes Gazuki? Plenty of space and there wont be 24 kiters.. Ussually we have 10 kiters, 10 windsurfers and 6 pretty girls lol...
Also wind is in all day so it spreads out the crowds... Ask the other boys who went and check for more info the face book page...
Less people would mean a different trip. Harder to get the numbers together.. I am lucky to have a friend with a yacht so usually its just 2 of us kiting and max 3 in the water surfing lol...
Leo island has some of the best surf. 
I used to work on the islands, absolutely amazing location.

Last year you canvassed using Eco abrolohos at a higher cost.
I would totally go for that if enough people were interested.

Great few days fishing, kiting, hanging out away from normal life.

Sounds awesome but 24 guys is an instant crowd! I'd rather pay $1300 and just go with 10 mates! Always wanted to do abrolhos- place looks amazing!!!!!

A crowd is not an issue. Mick already commented on it and I'll confirm what he said is true. Most of the spots are huge areas and you would be lucky to have 10 people in the water at a time. I've been a couple of times and mostly you're looking to ensure someone is around just in case something goes wrong because you're in the middle of nowhere. It's a great few days away and something different.

Unfortunately the trip this year is not going ahead due to lack of interest. I would like to thank the 9 or so people who replied and contacted me. We will try next year again.

Yet people flock overseas

It's NOT 24 kites. Read comments above from people who have been.
It's an awesome few days away, super reasonably priced, good fun and Mick does an awesome job organising it.
It's a pity it's not going ahead this year but for anyone interested in the future, it's good fun.

You should be used to crowds when your shopping at karrinyup??
1/2 would bottle out imho
It's firkin nuking here than add a another 8/10 knts out the islands
Also you'd struggle to get a crowd if you've seen the joint
You'd get more quality than most spots
It's close to 40 knts as we speak and it's still filling in
