I don't do this very often if at all but i have been so chubbied up about the support i have received from Airbourne i feel i just have to share.

Had a recent warranty claim on my converse recently and was referred by the original retailer to Airbourne as they are the Airush distributer for Aus.
So took my board in, they assessed my claim and agreed to fix it up. They also organised that it would be all tickity boo all in time for my next trip away.

They have also in the past lent me demo kiteboards, SUP's and paddles and sent me off with a smile.
I have felt that nothing i have taken to these guys is too much trouble.

DISCLAIMER: Anyway i have no links with any retailers, no links to any brands, just passing on mypositive experiences to anyone who wants to listen.

Agreed, but i can also say similarly nice stuff about about Darren at AKS, Neil at Hold the Lines, and the dudes at SOS in Freo.

The fact is that most of the shops in Perth give pretty damn good service.

Yeah Darren has been very helpful through this.
In fact he assured me that if my board wasn't ready in time then he would lend me one to go.
Even offered me demos of the new toys as well to see me through. Gutted i couldn't get it together to take him up on the offer.

Been a good week really

They've always been friendly and helpful and haven't pressured me into buying whenever I've gone in there. Plus they put the store up for the Scarboro beach user group meeting.

All + points in my experience too.

I also support plugs for good service - why not?

But I don't want this forum cluttered with advertising - especially the KBM / Ben Wilson / Bruce X posts (nothing personal guys! Just please advertise via the proper channels). I believe the moderators could be more strict on some, even site sponsors... or are they afraid to bite the hand that feeds?

So far "Thank you's" have been pretty legit & we let em though, however I see on many other sites that "Thanks to XYZ" type posts are removed.

I'm guessing because some businesses see it as a great marketing opportunity, however they can turn bad when there is a disgruntled customer waiting in the wings waiting to snipe the business or "balance the feedback"

Foosh - thanks for your feedback, I've PM'd you.
