Hey guys and Girls!!!!! Hope you all are doing great... This coming weekend we have our Christmas downwinder on Saturday the 15th of December and we hope to see many of you here. This is your chance to join in on the SANTA DOWNWINDER's and have a load of fun. The ride is aimed at fun and enjoyment but a Christmas spirit dress code applies so we would like to see as many Santa's, Mrs Claus, Elves, Reindeers or any other Christmas character you desire to be on the water for a colourful fun filled chrissy eve. There are even chances we will see Mr Hanky at this ride and even talk of the Gringe. Whatever you wear you must consider that you may have to swim in the clothing so take this into consideration and know your limitations on this. Also no clothing / costume should restrict movement of the rider or ability to easily activate safety releases. There will be a few four wheel drives driving the beach following the downwinder to get photo's, filming and can help if you get caught up in the shore break. As this is a social ride all riders are there to help each other to make this a great day.
For experience riders the downwinder will start from Australis Diamond Beach resort which ads an extra 30 to 40 minutes of riding time, once the advance riders reach Back head Beach they will join the rest of the crew and continue with the intermediate riders all the way down to Forster main beach.

Saturday: Variable 5/10 knots, tending NE 15/20 knots later. Sea: below 1 metre rising 1/2 metres later. Swell: E/SE 1.5/2 metres. Outlook Sunday: NW/NE 10/20 knots before late S'ly change 10/20 knots in far south. Outlook Monday: S/SE 15/25 knots.
After Chrissy Party at Australis Diamond Beach looking good.
Call in the morning for late comers otherwise see you on the beach in your Chrismas clothes....not ya birthday suit.
