Is that all they say about you bellz?

Pay your money to demo kites.....
then go have a crayfish lunch.
Nice.

Sounds good to me, good crayfish lunches are hard to get these days. The amount of crayfish I consumed would have cost more than the ticket price if I'd tried to buy it in a restaurant in Perth.

I only managed to demo one kite by the way, the rest of the time I was having too much fun on my own.

Hi Team. ^^
WAKSA, that's a great mission statement you've got there......
"To promote Yourself".
I like it.
lol.
Such a selfless cause.....not.
*The membership drive onwardly marches on.
WAKSA, if you want to pimp for members....
you need to offer something, anything.
You need a gimmick.
Like maybe some kind of encouragement scheme.
How about a free t-shirt every year showing length of membership and kiter ranking ?
1st year member : Newbie
2nd year member : Greenhorn
3rd year member : Kook
4th year member : Gumby
5th year member : Rookie
6th year member : Ripper
7th year member : Local
What do you think ?

Apparently private comps like Kitejam need WAKSA....
because WAKSA knows how to fill out all the necessary forms.
WAKSA knows what boxes to tick.
You see, if WAKSA doesn't get involved with successful comps like Kitejam....
there's a big chance that WAKSA will become irrelevant, as well as being impotent.
ok, WAKSA has korporate KITESTOCK.
Pay your money to demo kites.....
then go have a crayfish lunch.
Nice.

kitestock isnt about just demoing kites... its a sick event where u get heaps of stoked kiters together n they all have fun on one stretch of water, kitestock was one of the most fun things i attended in the last couple of years and im sure many others will agree... getting to thrash other peoples gear is just a small added bonus

if you can have an event like kitestock with over 300 people attending without doing any harm how come its such a big deal to have a much smaller event where mainly just competent riders will be attending? if such a large scale event as l kitestock can be had without problems im sure this slider jam will be fine.

So you like my t-shirt idea, Ray ?
Well, I have a suggestion for a design.
Here's the text:

WAKSA MEMBER
[insert rank here]
*Licensed and fully Certified to kook-out with a kite*
"I've got my arse covered".

^^ That's to be printed on the front.....
with room for a nice little breast pocket for your cigarette packet.
Ray, what do you think ?

No.....I didn't want the kite, there was a hole in it. (wink)
But I did win a DVD recently for writing a big pack of lies.

Its just if you did win that kite at a WAKSA event, organised by a bunch of hard working WAKSA volunteers, then its a bit nasty to get on the forums and start bagging them. Was it you who won it?

Jammin, tell me.....
Why would you ask me (out of the blue) if I had won some cheap-arse kite at Kitestock.....in the first place ?
That's the weird thing.
lol.

Jammin,
Are you psychotic ?
You seem obsessed by that cheap-arse giveaway kite at Kitestock.
For some reason, and against all the odds.....
you seem convinced that I scored it.
Maybe you feel that you should have won it ?
Maybe after all your hard volunteer work that you did for WAKSA....
you now think that you deserve the kite.
lol.

Slavey, take a valium, calm down.. My mistake. I thought it was you who won it- I got a bad memory, case of mistaken identity. I only asked a straight question, no need to get fired up.

You seem to be a very bitter individual,

Hugs for Waveslave, our forum Kite-Crusader!! don't let the bastards get you down!!

Jammin, Poor Relative won the prize at Kitestock. Waveslaves comments are designed to get attention and reaction. He feeds on having a bitch it seems. Anyone who bags out WAKSA effort and events is a sad case in my book.

Cheers

Jammin,
Who fken cares who won it ?
If you really must know.......
ask WAKSA, they might remember ?
What's that cheap-arse kite got to do with this thread anyway ?
Try to remain on topic.....
It's about Woodman Point, Carbine's private kitesurfing beach.
lol.

mate- you made it into a WAKSA slagging witch-hunt, taking the thread off topic, scroll back to check your posts- anyway, your ranting is boring me so I'm outta here. Go ahead and have the last word. I'm never gonna win at forum wars with a guy who has posted over 2000 times!

Jammin,
Are you on some form of medication ??

WAKSA posted on this thread and I duly responded.
WAKSA should never be immune to open criticism.
They would be the first to agree with that. ^
A not-for-profit State sporting association is not above public scrutiny.
It has to be so.
A dangerous sport like kitesurfing needs close examination.

Sorry.
