Looking at replacing my 14m enduro with either of the above in 2018 models. I ride directional plus got an unused foil board which I hope to start using . The enduro does s job but I got it in my mind that both of the above might be a good replacement in the lighter winds for the enduro? Reason: thinking the others might be more fun to ride and from what I read the neo is a powerful kite? So if this is right which way should I go neo or mono ? Any advice much appreciated

Rode a 10 neo , well down on power compared to my enduro 10, maybe similar on wave setting,I'd do more research especially if dropping from 14 to 12
ps have you played with settings on your 14 , the mono I'd say would be more efficient and have increased use ability in lighter winds
but never flown one,

Mono supposedly brilliant low end, terrible top end - wouldn't want to be on a 12 and topping out at 17kn after rigging for a 13-15kn session

do you really need bigger than a 10m in directional and foil combo these days with board efficiency?
Agree 12s and larger are great on lighter winds with tt tho

Both kites have the same bottom end, but the neo can hold more on the top end!! The mono seems to have a small sweet spot, and I reckon the mono fly's pretty average when de powered!! why don't you consider the rebel?? there a better all round freeride

Thanks guys ....food for thought. Gonna hold fire as still not clear on best route. Will review again once I'm up and running in the foil. Appreciate your thoughts though . Cheers
