Hi all

I'm the pres of the women's kiting group in wa. We have over 213 members and counting.

There are at least 6 of our members who are quite keen to get into the race. Given that there are usually a limited number of female entrants (normally). I was wondering if there would be any businesses or organisations that would be interested in sponsoring one or more of our members to compete?

Obviously the girl or girls who are sponsored would be keen to promote your brand or business by wearing something to draw attention to that.

Also we are more than happy to promote such a business in our group. Given that we normally block all advertising in our group it will be a chance to promote yourself in a positive light to a large number of female kiters.

Common questions on our site are about kite schools, kite brands, swimwear to use for kiting etc.

Thanks for reading this far and let me know if you have any proposals ( feel free to keep it clean)

Cheers
Elisha

Hi Elisha,

Would be good to get those that are interested to also join the new racing group in Perth.
There will be weekly racing at Mounts sailing club.

what do you mean with sponsoring?
your entry fee or gear?

Hi ITL

I would say they would be more keen for entry. But I'm sure no one would say no to gear :) at this stage I am simply seeing if anyone would be interested.

Can I also clarifiy this is not for me. For all of the time I have put into WACK it would make me very happy to see our girls gain more confidence with racing/comps. They are already talking about training sessions.

Thanks
Elisha
