Hi there,
to all who don't know yet,
there will be a friday night race series that is going to be held at Sandringham Yacht Club each friday from the 21st of next month all the way until sail melbourne starts up.
The series will consist of 20 races starting at 5.30 until daylights savings kicks in, then 6pm once daylight savings time comes in.
Races will be a simple windward, leeward (up - down) format with a start line in the middle.
Each night racing competitors and their friends/ families are invited into the Sandringham Yacht Club. Viewing racing from the deck is a great option if you don't feel like going out you can just have a beer and enjoy the veiw 
. Racing will be held just off the break wall this will give a great spectacle to all watching.
Once racing is complete competitors are invited into the clubhouse to enjoy a bar meal and talk about there experiences on the track.
Jerseys, provided by organiser, will be worn by each competitor to signify who is registered and racing, without this your score will not count and you will be asked to leave the race track.
Free to all S.Y.C members, to everyone else will incur a small fee to cover the costs of running committee boats etc.
