Initially I progressed at an ok rate.
Then life things interrupted followed by procrastination.
However not to be put off I satisfied my lack of not getting into it for all justified reasons so bought more gear.
Well today in bad wind had a go.
While sort of ok ended up in a 200 m body drag in shark territory due to near no wind.
I am sure tomorrow will be better..
Any other confessions?
PS will help my therapy

I'm stuck in ground hog day with the foil. Not getting out enough on it to progress forward. So each time I jump on it I've regressed back then spend the rest of the session progressing back to where I finished last time.

I'm stuck in just being able to surface gybe 80% of the time.

The joys of Winter - I'm hearing you Plummet. Can't tell you how many times I've sat & watched to make sure the winter wind has settled only to rig up and stand around in the wettie with no wind.
Dead set I must be the kiss of death to wind as soon as I rig up lately.
