How do I get photos from my profile to a forum topic or do I need to upload them from my computer files.

OK dumb question , just reduced my screen size down to 75% and found the insert button
How do I upload photos to my profile? just spent 1/2hr trying to find an answer but this is the only thread I found.

Quickest, easiest way is to get lightscreen
lightscreen.com.ar/
Then you just press Print screen, draw a box around what you want uploaded, and press the tick.
It will upload to the internet (imgur) and after 10 seconds place the link in your clipboard, so you just hit ctrl-v in seabreeze.

Sorry to hear you had trouble -
1) Select the Members/My Profile menu
2) Select "Change My Avatar".
3) Select an image to upload...
All done...
