It's great to see you keen but don't know if many seabreeze members kite on landboards.
Personally I used to drill a hole as close as I could to the front axle and used windsurf uni with small wave sail on concrete surface.
Before I started kiting I have an Air rush trainer kite but a long way from where I used to "Statesail". I know I have some old photos to find and post.
It's your summer so give kiting on the water a go, you will love the jumping.
