was solved yesterday afternoon . A 48 year old man charged .
What a POS - didn't worry him that a young mother with a baby would have to deal with the mess he left.
Distressing that we have to live in a society with sh.t like him.
Now doubt they throw the book at him and he gets 30 days community service

Maybe mum left the baby in the car and old mate was concerned and broke in to save it from heat exhaustion , 
The baby / small child was in the news story... not on seabreeze or the video.
The husband was grateful that his wife and child (baby) didn't return to the car whilst the scum was breaking into it..
