unfortunately this lens had made every other lens I've ever owned seem wanting. he uses words like spectactular, stunning and goes on to say he is looking at lenses to sell in his current kit to buy this lens.
he describes it as
tack sharp from wide open (f1.4) through all apertures, is sharp right across the frame. has no chromatic aberration and virtually no vignetting.
he said the full amount of detail from front to back of the depth of scene is stunning and fine detail is fully resolved with no loss of micro contrast. and that's at wide open apertures.
he describes the quality of this lens as unique.

at the end he says,
this lens is quite simply the finest optics in the world and it's been a pleasure to use it.
All VERY VERY serious about the size of his umm "optics" seems rather over stated to me give me a $89 nikon fine pics any day lols
