Yeah the crabs are pretty hectic in Qld,
just a heads up........ even shaving off all your pubes doesn't get rid of the mo'fo's.

Nah, I don't think that's a fake. It's just a question of camera angle, zoom and depth of field that messes with your sense of persepective and scale.

he's got the crab on a 2 foot long stick, holding it up towards camera, so that hands & stick hidden by crab.
Come on guys, there are no shadows between his legs and the grass, or his body and the grass for that matter.

I once caught a measly 45cm snapper on a charter boat. Not impressed enough with it so when the camera was whipped out I held it at arm's length and viola! I had proof of catching a thumping 80cm snapper. 
I'm suspecting the same foul play in this pic.

looks like a muddie to me... these are
I think it's perspective and a big muddy. To me it looks like they are on a slope and the muddy has walked up hill towards the camera, giving the illusion of being much larger. Grass blades are different size under the muddy.
